The Nordic countries had a joint pavilion at the UN climate negotiations in Katowice, Poland, on December 2018. During the heading Sustainable Development the Nordic Way, the Nordic Pavilion highlighted and discussed Nordic Climate Solutions and challenges, and draw parallels with the global Sustainable Development Goals.
MapLauncher founder Tomer Shalit participated in the Afternoon Brief session at the Nordic Pavilion during COP24. He presented MapLauncher in the context of the Swedish Climate Dashboard and reflected on the Moving Masses theme day at the Nordic Pavilion as a ‘Keynote Listener’, together with Hanna Brolinson from the Swedish Climate Policy Council. She referred to MapLauncher as a tool for overviewing solutions, trends and policies of the climate challenge in Sweden, as well as great tool for communicating and collaborating.
With MapLauncher, climate roadmaps become interconnected, best practices are shared, roadmaps are visualised, and results can be compared.
